PyX supports partial font downloading, and it seems that it worked for
the standard Computer Modern fonts.
Have you tried to produce a PS file. There you can see more easily what
glyphs of the fonts have been included in the file. It might also
make sense to first find out whether the Adobe font or the Pazo
Math fonts are not embedded properly.
