Hi René,

looks like you're creating a document with several pages. Fine, but you need 
writePSfile in the first version (as EPS can be created for a single page 
document only).

When changing (1) to PS instead of EPS you may end up with the same problem you 
observe in (2). Now it would be interesting to see how your epsfile statement 
looks like.
