Rather than make y'all wait for bug fixes, attempt to post patches that work against released versions, or have to shove out new releases too often, I've put the Mercurial repository for PyXB onto sourceforge. You can get to it at http://pyxb.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/pyxb/pyxb/summary
Unfortunately, SourceForge doesn't have the trac-to-mercurial link working properly (see https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/ticket/1663), so you won't be able to access the specific changeset that fixes a DR by following the link in the DR resolution. You can, though, download or examine the relevant patch. Hope this helps a little with getting prompt access to fixes.
