You're welcome. Building the opengis bindings from the git repository should work. I use:
maintainer/genbundles opengis from the root of the git workspace. (I configure to use that workspace with something like: PYXB_ROOT=$(pwd) . maintainer/use-pyxb which may be necessary to set PYXB_ROOT, PYTHONPATH, and PATH.) I've added oseo and wps to the standard set built for opengis. There's no reason they're excluded other than that they probably didn't exist when I first started generating OpenGIS bindings.
