Greetings,
I am pleased to announce the first release of Editra for 2008. This
is minor feature enhancement and bug fix release, some highlights
include a new version of the bundled FileBrowser plugin that can now
handle most common file system operations as well as having its own
built-in zip file compressor. There where also a number of UI
improvements, general usability improvements, support for new
languages, and bug fixes to further stabilize the editor.

When upgrading from a previous version it is suggested to check the
PluginManager for updates to previously installed plugins as they may
provide important compatibility changes.
