Sorry, I cannot think of anything that could be causing the problem, except
perhaps a problem with Qt.

Not the binary - the linux install version. But I think originally it did work,
but I noticed the problem after installing miniconda and a few of the other
packages trying to get matplotlib working. I might try a complete reinstall and
see if that fixes it.

Very odd. Did you use the binary version of Pyzo? If so, you could try
installing it using Linux system libs http://www.pyzo.org/install_linux.html

Yes, the shortcuts are still there - both Ctrl+X,C,V as well as shortcut 2 -
shift+delete etc. But only shift+delete works.

No - any interpreter has the same problem - no cut & paste or select shortcut
keys work inside Pyzo, but they do work in all other applications (email,
browser, text edit etc).

Do you mean that the sortcuts dont work *inside* the shell in Pyzo, when you’re
using the miniconda interpreter, but they do work with another interpreter?

No, but you can move your 3d shell config to the first position.

Hi
Just started using Pyzo in Ubuntu 16. The first installation worked well, but
I've now moved to a miniconda python 3.5 shell and noticed that the ctrl C,
ctrl V and ctrl A keys no longer work.
Also is it possible to start Pyzo with my number 3 shell configuration from the
command line?
Thanks
