#436: ghc Haskell library packages should not be tested multilib

AutoQA seems to think that ghc-* packages on x86_64 are multilib
but multilib is not supported for ghc and mash is no longer composing
ghc-* multilib: AutoQA should only test ghc-*.x86_64 on x86_64.
See eg: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/ghc-wai-logger
but this happens for every ghc-* library update or new package in Bodhi.

which makes it look like ghc x86_64 packages are always broken on x86_64.
