#440: depcheck uses /tmp on f18 and f19 systems, filling up tmpfs and crashing

depcheck is still using /tmp as a directory for all tempfiles, which is
causing most of the tests to crash when the system runs out of space on
the tmpfs in /tmp.

depcheck needs to be refactored to use /var/tmp instead of /tmp
