I think this is more challenging to test than, for instance, the new
search functionality, but if someone is interested in stretching their
knowledge and learning a bunch more about authorization and login, this
is a good chance. :-)

Hello all,

We have enabled the newly updated SecureLogin on
http://test2.wikipedia.org

Big thanks to Chris and Chad getting this work finalized on Friday and
taking a bit of their weekend today/tomorrow.

This is the work described here:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Requests_for_comment/Login_security

The "plan of record" for what the various questions is summarized here:
http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-l/2013-August/071441.html
(also in above RFC)

Go forth and test! Provide feedback!

Reply here and/or report bugs, please.

Greg
