Hi all My name is Muz. I been a tech support/desktop support person for the last five years and been looking into moving software testing for some time. I have done a lot of manual testing from my previous role including replicating customers issue and forwarding the bugs to developers. I am also in the process of taking my ISTQB foundation exam but I know when I do get my certification, I am far from being a tester. I live in London, UK. Time Zone GMT 0.
