Hi, at the top of the Quality Assurance page there is a big banner: "This MediaWiki page is inactive and kept for historical interest. It may document extensions or features that are obsolete and/or no longer supported. Do not rely on the information here being up-to-date."
The link you have followed is not broken. It is a search results page that used to find several pages in both QA and New contributors categories.
