Hi Georges, There are two projects in Testlink system, what you are seeing "Apache OpenOffice testproject2" is created by other admin guy which is for test purpose only. There is no useful test case in it, you can ignore it. Please select "Apache OpenOffice testproject" at top right corner after login. That project stored all the test cases, and once select "Test Executions" you will find the test plan "Practical Test Cycle". When running test cases, you can filter platform in "Setting" section, e.g. if you have MacBook/iMac, you can select "Mac OS", so the result input is for the MacOS, and other can select different platform to input their test result.
Enjoy your work in TestLink.
