Hi,
First of all welcome new volunteers, So exciting that more and more volunteers
join us.
I'm Terry and have 6 years experiences in testing, I have join AOO community
about 1 year.
I'm focus on SC testing/SC UNO automation script develop.
I'm one of admin in TestLink, now in our TestLink the default user role is
guest which can do nothing, when you register in TestLink, Admin will receive a
notice mail.
So I will change your user roles in 24 hours during workday then you can use it
after this change.

There are some useful links in QA, you can read them first
http://incubator.apache.org/openofficeorg/orientation/intro-qa.html
http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA
http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA/QA_Tasks

For beginner, I suggest read document in wiki about OO and QA knowleadge, then
pick up some case running and fixed bug verification task to familiar with OO.
For someone have OO experience, you can run test case and write some test case
in TestLink or review the unconfirm bug in the area you familiar.
For someone have coding experience, you can review our automation guide and try
to transform the test case in TestLink to automatin script.

Thanks,
Wei
