Hi Marc, I had a look and it seems a frequently reported non-bug: you need to add a "0" as last parameter of VLOOKUP, otherwise it will assume that the cells it is scanning are sorted. Doing this in cell J6 fixed it for me.
I can not handle 40 extra emails / day, since I have to answer already 40-50 emails every day and had to put unfortunately your collegues to my spam list.
Please consider the digest option. It is quite convenient: you will receive only one message per day, more or less, with all the mailing list traffic from that day. You can unsubscribe from the normal list and subscribe to the digest list using the addresses at http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/openoffice-qa/
