Thanks for your contribution, could you try if you have edit privilege in bugzillia now? answer your question about unconfirmed or confirmed When a user open a defect - the status is unconfirmed If you can reproduce this defect, you can change the status from 'unconfirmed' to 'confirmed' then developer can investigate this defect.
