Hello Rafaello, welcome to the Apache OpenOffice project! I am 43 as well, and live in the US, in Massachusetts. I think 43 is a most excellent age to be ;-) A good way to learn more about Apache OpenOffice and how the project works, and how to help with QA, is to review our New Volunteer Orientation modules which are here on the website: http://openoffice.apache.org/orientation/ I recommend especially that you skim the Level 1 and Level 2 modules, especially if you are new to Apache and working on an open source project. And then spend some some time with the Intro to QA module. This will help you get signed up for our issue tracker (Bugzilla) and give you some other important background information. Once you have the Bugzilla account set up, let me know your userid and what platforms you are able to test with. I can then assign you some bug reports to review. Let me know if you have any questions! Regards, -Rob > Best, > Raffaello
