This is really a good proposal, it will help developer knows if the problem
is fixed indeed. One reminder to all of us, when verifying fixed bug we
should use correct build. If the problem fixed in trunk stream, we should
use nightly build to verify, otherwise we need to use branch stream build
e.g. ia2 branch or l10n branch
