Yes. I usually give the user at least two weeks to respond. Sometimes a month. This is where the "needmoreinfo" keyword is useful. At the start of each month I run a query looking for all issues where; 1) I am the QA Contact 2) Issue is UNCONFIRMED status 3) needmoreinfo keyword is set 4) Issue has not been updated in more than 4 weeks I then close those issues as IRREPRODUCIBLE.
