I personaly never answare on a Bug Report who is a user Question. This
one sounds a bit like a bug, but it looks like a problem with the File
association. direct the User to the userforum from AOO. The problem if
they get answars to there Questions on the Bugzilla, they beleve this is
a Ticket System.
Point to http://forum.openoffice.org/
and close the bug as invalid
