Information tends to be incomplete.  Typical case is a user reports
the issue in Bugzilla, gives almost no details other than the surface
symptoms, and then does not respond when we ask for more information.
My guess is that they've already given up or moved on before we get
back to them.

But if we wanted a decision tree, I think it would start by asking
whether there was a recent upgrade to AOO 3.4.0 or 3.4.1.  If there
was then the problem is most likely profile-related.
