Hi there, I was in the QA Level 3 Module regarding the task for running manual test cases. Currently I am set at the Guest Role in TestLink. I was able to run the report for unassigned test cases currently in TestLink. I found one test case that looked to be slightly easier to go through for manual test case AOOTest-1697 regarding background color of multiple paragraphs and making sure the Sidebar properties also reflected accordingly. I've performed all the steps of the test case on Windows 7, and it passed. But as guest role in test link I can not report the pass status. In the prior task of the QA Level 3 module for performing bug fix verifications, I was able to interact with Bugzilla to update those verified fixes, and that has been great to work on. I just want to make sure for this task of manual tests, are you just supposed to browse manual test cases, and perform all the steps and determine if the test case passes or fails and that's it? Or is it possible to be incremented from Guest Role in Test Link to the Tester Role. If I could be assigned this manual test case AOOTest-1697, I could update the status accordingly. In the meantime, I'll just carry on with bug fix verifications in Bugzilla, and going through steps of manual test cases as Guest Role in TestLink to become more familiar.
