Hello Phani -- I think you probably want to test one of the pre-built binaries rather than source. Please see available languages and platforms from:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/openoffice/4.1.2-rc2-r1707648/binaries/ Once you click inside a language directory, you will see platform options along with verification files -- MD5, etc. Linux downloads are in compressed format, Mac and Win have direct install files.
