The way I envisioned it was to roughly follow the following guidelines:
BASIC SECTION
1 - downloading and installing
2 - Your First DVD. - This would be centred around the FewClickWizard.
3 - Menu from scratch
4 - Slideshows
ADVANCED SECTION
5 - Advanced options - this section would be divided into several
chapters covering all the extras that can be done such as animated
buttons/menus/transitions, Multiple audio tracks, Subtitles etc.
The way I would like to see it develop is to have a complete novice be
able to pick up the manual and by just following the first 2-3 chapters
be able to make their own DVD with a basic menu. And then as they work
through the manual be able to add more and more features.
At the same time I would like the advanced user to be able to just jump
to the specific chapter referring to the feature they are wanting to
use.
My plan is to start with the basics first, so that we can have a usable
manual asap. and then once I am happy with that add the other features
and chapters one by one.
If you any ideas or have spotted something that I am missing feel free
to offer suggestions.
so to being with I think the most useful tutorials to send in right now
would be around the basics: Downloading/Installing, possibly compiling,
basic DVD using the Wizard, basic DVD without the wizard and basic
slideshows. Once I have these features covered I would then move onto
the advanced stuff.
