Okay, after I tried the new ffmpeg render fixes I realized that qrender would crash for Slideshows. So I had to get back and debug a bit.
Turned out that ffmpeg introduced a floating point mode for AC# and made it the default codec, instead of leaving the default with S16. All seems to be working fine again. Enjoy.
