Not yet. The formal way: You can go to bugs.gentoo.org and request a new
ebuild.

It's not that hard to find the old ebuild, look at it, and cobble
together a new one.

I'd wait until the new (QT4) build is stable, before requesting
bugs.gentoo.org to make a new ebuild, personally.

If you want to hack an ebuild, the gentoo.user group will
probable provide guidance.

I do not have time right now, so it is easy for me to wait
a month or 2. It's really straight forward to look at the old
ebuild and cobble together a new one. You can put it up
under layman or such for folks to test/help.

Someone at gentoo-user group will most likely talk you through
the steps, should you get stuck. That's one reason
why once folks use Gentoo, most stay!
