The current ffmpeg trunk also now tries to build a crystalhd module. Which
is unfortunate, because it doesn't appear to be in sync with the
latest-official libcrystalhd 3.5.1 available from Broadcom and installed on
most systems, including my Fedora 16 box.

Adding a "--disable-crystalhd" to the ./configure call in
qrender/local_ffmpeg.sh convinces it not to try and build that module.
