That is the place you can add extra audio to your video file. An extra
language or an editors commentary for example.
Note that when you click on add, you can select an audio file. Then, the
'assign audio settings' dialoge opens. There you'll need to choose a new
language because you can not select track number 0. By adding a new
language you automatically add a new audio track (starting with 1).
Hope this makes sense? I never used it because I normally add all audio
tracks before I start author a dvd.
