This patch further isolates the functions needed for kqemu.c by Solaris. The original include has the unintended side effect of screwing up the mips targets on Solaris 9/x86 because there are some defines that get included via sys/modctl.h that change how the CPU structure in the mips-target/cpu.h file is processed. (Bascially, the PC variable name gets changed to 14, which completely botches the compile).
Kudos to Juergen Keil for another smart fix.
