This patch updates the vgabios binaries to seabios-1.7.0. Note that this isn't a simple update. We switch from the lgpl'ed vgabios (https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/vgabios) to the vgabios provided by seabios here. Any regressions should be reported to the seabios mailing list.
