a) i) SSISlave::dev was still in use one more time - fixed and renamed
with ..._FROM_QDEV() macro drop.
ii) SSIBus::qbus was still in use one more time - fixed and renamed
in situ.
b) Uniformly introduced DeviceState *dev for all affected initfns.
