The read happens through ohci_read_hcca which eventually calls
phys_page_find that returns &sections[PHYS_SECTION_UNASSIGNED] here:

Are you setting the bus master enable bit in the command register?

No I didn't but setting it does not seem to change it, I still get the 
same error.
