Alex:  I'm afraid I dropped part of this patch (the part that creates a new 
default-configs/ppc64le-linux-user.mak file).

Since you have taken this into ppc-next, do you want a single small patch that 
adds this in?  Or do you want me to fix and resubmit a complete V5?
