These patches update some ancient PXA2xx devices to use QOM, VMState and new MemoryRegionOps APIs. The main motivation here was to get rid of a few of uses of legacy APIs like register_savevm() and old_mmio, in the hope that eventually we can manage to get rid of them completely...
