I couldn't reproduce this quickly with a freshly built gcc 4.8 branch on
i686-linux.  Could you please file a gcc bug with your preprocessed source?

Well, it doesn't repro on i686-linux; with a cross-compiler to mingw it still might, but filing the bug will save me setting up the full cross environment to be able to build qemu with mingw.
