Introduced in e305a16510afa74eec20390479e349402e55ef4c.

Looks related to Marc's recent work, whom I have CC'd.

That commit adds the 'portio_list' and 'portio2_list'
fields to struct IDEBus, though (and it passed build tests
unless I messed something up testing the merge)...
