[Qemu-devel] Missing fix for ui/gtk.c?

Hi,

I found that you had a fix for setlocale() in ui/gtk.c. Without it,
non-ASCII can't display correctly on Fedora 24. But I didn't see it in
QEMU tree. Did it slip through the cracks?
