Well here I'm not sure. For the both machine variants (PICA-61 and Magnum 4000), the chipset is soldered on the board, and is MMIO mapped (via a ChipSelect, no via a bus you can plug/unplug). So it looks the code inherited habits from boards having network card via busses. Not sure the code can be fixed in time for soft freeze. I might improve the commit message explaining this chipset is soldered on the board. Regards, Phil.
