[for-5.0 PATCH] ppc: Make PPCVirtualHypervisor an incomplete type

PPCVirtualHypervisor is an interface instance. It should never be
dereferenced. Drop the dummy type definition for extra safety, which
is the common practice with QOM interfaces.
