Sure, I'll review the remaining patches 15, 18, 20.

Sorry that I'm not familiar with PCIe IRQ mapping and DTS creation,
so I will leave patches 19 and 21 for other experts.
But I think the APLIC and IMSIC creation parts in virt machine look good to
me.
