Now that Akhiko's patchset for introducing igb device is merged, I have rebased my changes on master. The changes proposed here adds support for - Correct PF/VF reset handling - Introduce ICR_RXDW register definition - Impement support for VFTE/VFRE/VMOLR_RSSE/VMVIR/VMOLR registers - Check oversized packet for VMDq - VF statistics
