Why this syncax causes Qemu machine to be shown as [Stopped] ?

$ qemu-system-x86_64 -cpu host -m 10994 -net
nic,macaddr=00:16:3E:F1:82:53,model=virtio -net tap,ifname=tapF18253
-net nic,macaddr=00:16:3E:F2:82:53,model=virtio -net
tap,ifname=tapF28253 -sdl -enable-kvm ...
