Qemu is free software. This includes no discrimination against fields of 
endeavor.

You can use Qemu commercially, internally or externally, without restrictions and you can even charge money for products you build using it, or derive from it.


You must, however, respect the GPL (v2) and provide the source code of modified and unmodified components, at least upon request, to those entities that you provide binaries to. This includes your internal company sections. Providing it for everyone is nice to do (and encouraged), but not exactly required by the GPL.

Please read the full license and understand it. On a personal note: it is not rocket science.
