The trick is to tell qemu to emulated a graphics tablet instead of a
mouse.
This will make the Guest OS treat the received coordinates of the
user's mouse as absolute coordinates on the Guest screen, thus
avoiding any interference from the mouse acceleration algorithms
in the Guest OS applying dynamic changes to the relative movements
received from an emulated mouse.
