The fate of the download's page is not settled yet but it would be great
if packagers could update this page ->
http://www.qgis.org/wiki/Download%2Bwip by changing the links to their
binairies and adding the proper installation commands (for linux mainly).
About the visual changelog, the wiki page states that it will be
published on the blog but I think i should posted on the website so the
content can be localized like any other joomla page (joomla needs an
english version to allow localized content).
QGIS 1.5.0 should be available on mandriva's backport for 2010.1 and 2010.0
