Hi, The Yukon Department of Environment is looking for someone to develop a "Streamlined Quantum GPS application or plugin" (http://forum.qgis.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7417).
The requirements sound a lot like what Martin D. did with his gismapper (was that the name?) project he presented in Vienna last year (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MTegvK05i4).
