I think the log could help us to find the issue. Send us the BuildLog
please.
BTW, I remember I got the same error on 14 Nov (at the HF) and I fixed
it reinstalling
bison e flex to C:\GnuWin32.
I think the problem is related to the spaces within the path "Archivos
de programa"
("Program files" in my case).

Are the notes you mentioned the installation guide[1] or are you refering to
something else?
