Hi Sven The qgis libraries (libqgis_core, libqgis_gui, libqgis_analysis) are GPL ( not LGPL! )

You are not obliged to publish it (e.g. using it internally inside a company is not considered as publishing). In that case you don't have to give away the source (see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl- faq.html#GPLRequireSourcePostedPublic) But if you publish it (e.g. give it to another company, sell binaries, etc.), you need to provide the source.
