Dear list,
I am trying to to install qgis (latest stable) now for hours under
Windows 7 Starter (a SAMSUNG Notebook)
It always fails with a locking error for directory
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Quantum GIS Copiapo
fiddlind with Windows Security or unlocker does not help
I have searched the net but have only found reports of the same error
with the same subdirectory, also under XP.
A Vista Home Premium SP 2 (Acer Laptop) however accepts the Install.
Any solutions?
