Hi all. In recent versions of QGIS, EPSG:3003 have the +towgs parameters, which IMHO should be absent (that's why we added the 40000 non-standard projection). I guess this derived from this: https://github.com/qgis/Quantum-GIS/commit/42831e606737997d1de91003a4fc2e2e34dbc8bb#resources/srs.db Anyone has a clear view of why this was added?
