Nice progress.

Btw. the customization is meant for "hard" simplification of GUI, that
is someone prepares a customized version of QGIS where some
functionality is disabled. What you probably want to do is to show
just few important toolbars by default and hide the advanced ones.
Desktop QGIS is also packed with too many toolbars when first started,
so I believe hiding advanced toolbars would be helpful for both mobile
and desktop version. When a toolbar is hidden, it can still be shown
again by right clicking dock area in main window or from menu. But
when a toolbar is disabled in customization, you would have to restart
qgis to make it appear again.
